We believe that the educational setting needs, above all, to be a safe environment. Learners should take risks, secure in the knowledge that the only “wrong” answer is the answer without a rationale behind it. We believe that thinking clinicians, possessing a solid foundation, will, in all settings, exceed what can be accomplished with protocols alone.
